“Most AI projects die in the demo. I take them the last, hardest mile into production: monitored, documented, and honestly reported. No watermelons.”

Engineering Director and Agile AI Practitioner. I take AI the last mile into production: monitored, documented, audit-ready. 10+ years in engineering, the last seven in regulated, high-stakes delivery: AML/KYC at CRIF (−80% onboarding time) and industrial computer vision at Basler (pylon.AI to production in 6 months). Two roles: I deliver predictable projects and stabilize the teams that run them.
I use AI coding assistants, large language models, and process automation in my delivery work with judgment and the same governance as any other tool, to shorten cycle times.

The MBA (PJATK, in progress) adds a strategic layer to the engineering: strategic management, change management (the Kotter model), fact-based negotiation, and translating business KPIs into architecture decisions. I use it to connect what the business needs to how the system and the team are built.
